Our Process
Advanced Remediation can give you specific information that will help you make informed decisions about potential mold contamination in your home, business, or real estate purchase. New Mexico does not currently have state laws that mandate mold remediation in properties, but it is important to identify and correct any known issues for the health of occupants.

If you suspect a mold issue in your home, business, or a new home you are purchasing, call us right away! Our certified technicians can complete a visual inspection of the property. The only way to know for sure if there is mold contamination at a property is to do a mold test, so we do recommend it where there is a concern.

Our professionals will then conduct a non-viable mold test that includes gathering at least two air or surface samples from your property. Those samples are sent to a laboratory for analysis. This can take a few days and samples are only processed during the weekdays, so plan ahead.

As soon as we have your test results, we will let you know. If mold is present, we will educate you on the type of mold and the severity of the problem. Our certified mold experts can provide you a quote for the removal of the mold and conduct our proven, green process for removing mold and mold spores from your home.
